Associate Independent Psychologists
Make a meaningful difference to the lives of children, young people and families. Cura Psychology Ltd is seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Associate Independent Psychologists to join our growing established practice based in Lichfield Staffordshire.
We are looking for clinicians who are passionate about providing high-quality, evidence-based psychological assessment and therapy, with a strong focus on children and young people.
About the Role
This flexible associate position offers the opportunity to build a varied and rewarding caseload, including:
- Child and adolescent psychological assessments and therapy.
- Neurodiversity-informed practice, including work with autistic and ADHD children and young people.
- Attachment-informed and trauma-informed therapeutic approaches.
- Work with families, schools and multidisciplinary professionals where appropriate.
- A mix of self-funded clients and private medical insurance referrals and LA funded work.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is registered with the HCPC as a Practitioner Psychologist.
- Has experience working with children, adolescents and families.
- Has expertise or a strong interest in neurodiversity-affirming practice.
- Ideally has experience or interest delivering attachment-based and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Is confident working independently while valuing collaboration and professional support.
- Holds appropriate professional indemnity insurance and enhanced DBS clearance.
